Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies yesterday arrested Patrick Frank Cipolla, DOB: 12/08/41, of Loveland, formerly of Estes Park, on a felony warrant for multiple counts of sexual assault. His occupation is listed as retired military.

Mr. Cipolla is alleged to have sexually assaulted a teenage girl over a period of several years. He is charged with:

Four counts of CRS 18-3-402(1)(a)(4), Sexual Assault/Force, (F3)

Three counts of CRS 18-3-405.3(1)(2)(a), Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust, (F3)

He is currently being held at the Larimer County Jail on a $1 million bond.

The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
