The Level 4 team placed fourth, the Level 5 team placed third and the Level 6 team took first place.   Wilbur “Wil” Austin Heiser, 79, of Loveland died September 13, 2011 at his home. He was born January 15, 1932 near Charleston, Iowa to Andrew and Irma (Burghoffer) Heiser. Wil lived in Longmont from 1966 to 1984, he then moved to Loveland. On January 2, 1999 he married Treva Edwards. He worked as an air-traffic controller at the Longmont FAA Center for 30 years. Gordon Leroy Speicher, 93, of Loveland, Colorado, died on July 11, 2011 at North Shore Health and Rehab in Loveland. He was born on March 17, 1918 in Wray, Colorado, to Jesse Clay and Mary Viola (Saville) Speicher. He married Rosie Opal Owens on August 20, 1939 in Holyoke, Colorado. Gary G. Olson of Berthoud died July 7, 2011 at Hospice Care Center in Louisville, after gallantly fighting colon cancer since the spring of 2004. He was 71.
