As a result, Heather Speicher, DOB: 08/19/84, of Fort Collins has been arrested for Attempting to Influence a Public Official (F4). Plans to seek restitution for the misdirection of valuable, limited law enforcement resources are being discussed with the District Attorney's office.         Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of a sexual assault last night by a suspect described as a police impersonator. At approximately 10:00 p.m. last night (January 5), a woman in her 20's reported she had been stopped by a man in a dark sedan with a red light in the area of West 32nd Street and Glade Road in Loveland, Colorado who represented himself to be a police officer. Press Release Date: December 30, 2011 Larimer County Jail Inmate Devin Wayne Thomas, DOB: 07/06/85 was charged today with 2nd Degree Assault (F4) for attacking a Larimer County Jail deputy. On December 19 a routine task turned violent. A deputy in the high security area of the jail was handing out clean laundry when he was attacked. Stabbing at Plaza Hotel At approximately 9:55 p.m. Christmas night a 44 year old male walked into Poudre Valley Hospital bleeding from a laceration to his neck.  He was treated at the hospital for that injury and other apparent stab wounds. At approximately 7:00 p.m. last night, four inmates in the high security area of the Larimer County Jail engaged in a disturbance causing the jail's Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) to be activated and a K-9 unit to be brought into the facility.
