Eagles Comeback Falls Short Against Mavs, Nolan
INDEDEPDENCE, Mo. - The Colorado Eagles fell, 2-3, to the Missouri Mavericks and the league's reigning Goaltender of the Week, Robby Nolan. Colorado woman pleads guilty to conspiracy to provide
WASHINGTON – Jamie Paulin Ramirez, 32, a U.S. citizen and former resident of Colorado, pleaded guilty today to one count of conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists. Dump truck loses balance
Fortunately, no one was injured when this truck tipped over on Friday. The truck from Vialpando trucking was delivering 25 tons of gravel to the Berthoud Street Department facility on Welch Avenue when the incident occurred. According to employees on the scene, the trucks can not fit into to the compound so the normal procedure is to unload in front of the building and then use the front loader to move the gravel into the yard. George D. Huff (October 10, 1923 - March 3, 2011) George “Bud” Dean Huff was born October 10, 1923 to George and Ethel Huff in Oxford, Nebr. Bud passed away on March 3, 2011 at the age of 87 at Sierra Vista in Loveland, Colo. Bud enlisted in the U.S. Army in February 1943. On July 14, 1943 he married Clara “Pauline” Harrold in Phillipsburg, Kan. In August of 1943 Bud left New York for England to fight in WWII. Bud was in the 5th Infantry Division.
