October 1 - 3 Friday, October 1 Criminal Mischief/Violation of Protection Order: 3rd Street - Female reported that a male, whom she is protected from, backed into her fence with a vehicle after a verbal argument. The vehicle then fled the scene before deputies arrived. The female declined to pursue charges for the damaged fence. August 31, 1929 - October 15, 2021 Compdon “Comp” A. Wilson 92, of Berthoud, Colorado passed away on October 13, 2021 in Loveland.  He was born on August 31, 1929 in Boulder, to Charles W. and Iva Lorene (Martindale) Wilson. On October 12th 1947 he married Bettie J. Schleiger in Campion. They lived in the Berthoud area their entire lives, living at the old Berthoud Homestead south of Berthoud since the early 1950’s. September 1-5 Wednesday, September 1 Berthoud Fire responded to the Berthoud Living Center for a medical. Squad 61 dispatched to the 18000 block of Weld Cty Road 3 for a 77-year-old woman with breathing problems. The crew assisted with loading of the patient into the ambulance for transport to a local hospital. Engine 61 and TVEMS were dispatched to I-25 Mead exit ramp for a single vehicle accident.
