Obituary: Robert Neil Justice

August 31, 1944 - June 22, 2022 Robert (Bob) Justice was born on Aug. 30, 1944, in Portsmouth, Ohio to Ruey Aubrey Justice and Clarice (Stidham) Justice. He lived on a farm in South Webster, Ohio, then moved to Oak Hill, Ohio until 1960 when the family relocated to Denver, Colo. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School and was an outstanding guard on the football team. Bob had the uncanny ability to fix almost anything that had moving parts.     Larimer County adopts fire restrictions Upon recommendation by the Larimer County Sheriff, the Board of Larimer County Commissioners today voted 3-0 to adopt fire restrictions in unincorporated Larimer County since the danger of wildfire, forest and grass fires are great due to above-normal temperatures, lightning strikes, and windy, dry conditions. Myra Jean Lebsack, 83, passed peacefully on Saturday, May 28 in Fort Collins, Colorado. A celebration of Myra’s life will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Faith Church of Windsor, 1020 Walnut Street, Windsor, Colorado. Myra was born April 30, 1939 to Adam and Marie Sterkel. She was one of six children and attended Berthoud High School. Myra met John Lebsack in church in 1955 and they were married November 3, 1956. Incident Report May 1- May 8 Sunday, May 1 Squad 61 dispatched to the 1500 block of Alpine Drive for a person who had fallen. The patient was evaluated and lifted into a chair.     Health Department Reminds Pet and Livestock Owners to Keep Animals Up to Date with Rabies Vaccinations Larimer County, CO --- The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment (LCDHE) has confirmed that a bat in Larimer County has tested positive for rabies. This is the first rabid bat found in Larimer County this year. This bat interacted with two dogs in a backyard and had no known human contact.
