Melva Jean Webb of Berthoud, Colorado passed away August 28, 2014 at North Shore Care Center. She was 86 years old. Jean was born in Lake City, Arkansas to John and Clara (Diggs) Carter. She graduated from Greene County High School in Paragould, Arkansas in 1947 and attended business college in Memphis, Tennessee for one year.
