Town Board doesn’t get it

Dear Editor: The Berthoud Town Board does not get it. They just voted to sell the town property where the BMX track is located, once the site of a future rec center. They did not ask the taxpayers who own the property what they would like to see built there. It was purchased in 2000, but now the Town has other land for a rec center.
