  Mountain View Fire Department and several agencies are working with the FAA after a possible midair collision between two small airplanes near Longmont. Weld County Road 1 is closed from Highway 119 to Quicksilver Road. The Road will be closed for 24 hours. Jury convicts man housed in ADX “step down unit” of second degree murde DENVER – Today a federal jury convicted Dominic Stewart, age 36, of the 2005 murder of Gregory Joiner while both were housed in the U.S. Bureau of Prison’s “step down unit” within the ADX in Florence, Colorado.  The jury convicted Stewart of second degree murder following a 7-day trial before U.S. District Court Judge Robert E.   Dorothy Jean Rust (May 23, 1935 - February 27, 2012) Dorothy Rust, 76, of Loveland, Colorado, suddenly fulfilled God’s plan on February 27, 2012 in the presence of her husband, John. One of five children, Dorothy was born in the family farmhouse in Deep River, Iowa to Cleo and Mabel Holdsworth. She moved with her family to Denver in 1941.
