By Judy Lehn Wednesday’s Citizen First forum on Berthoud water drew about 50 residents who wanted to hear what Town Administrator Michael Hart had to say. The subjects covered ranged from the annual foul smelling and tasting water, to the “exorbitant” water bills paid by town citizens. By Judy Lehn In spite of uncooperative weather, the first annual Berthoud Art in the Garden was a huge success on Saturday, June 26. The artists arriving at the set up time of 1:30 p.m. were greeted by gusty winds, drizzling rain and then a final downpour before the sun came out at the historic Waggener Farm on Mountain Avenue. Berthoud Area Humanities Alliance (BAHA) and Citizens First (CF) are sending out a call to all Berthoud Area artists for the first Art in the Garden event to be held on Saturday, June 26 from 4:00 to 8:00 p. m. in the beautiful garden of the historic Waggener home, 980 Mountain Avenue, in Berthoud.
